Stamped Gift Wrapping Paper

This project makes a cute gift wrapping paper and it is a whole lot cheaper than purchasing gift wrapping. A little acrylic paint, a stamp and some freezer paper is all you need.

I used an inexpensive stamp of an elephant and blue paint for a baby shower gift for a baby boy. Using the end of a paintbrush I added some little dots.

Here is the same design in pink for a baby girl shower gift. This would be a fun project for your kiddos to do for birthday party gifts. If you don't have stamps then try using vegetables, bubble wrap, wine corks, kitchen objects...whatever you have on hand. Add a big bow and gift card and you are all set. Happy stamping!
