Zucchini Anyone?

We have three zucchini plants in our garden. The refrigerator drawer is full. What else can you do with them besides making bread, adding them to stews, eat them with dip? Zucchini anyone?

    I have a great curried zucchini soup recipe from Martha Stewart. It can be eaten hot or cold, and it's quite yummy. Let me know if you want me to email it to you.
