I guess the dogworld is all abuzz because a beagle, named Uno, has just been crowned champion of the Westminster dog show. I have to admit that he is a cute looking dog...for a beagle and evidently he is a real crowd pleaser. When the judges announced Uno the champion the audience stood and gave him a standing ovation. Now the media is drawing comparisons between him and Snoopy and starting to proclaim him the dog of America.
Uno might have won the Westminster championship, but he isn't my top dog. My top dog is my parents' Schnauzer, Smokey. He is really a top dog. Just look at that face and dare to tell me Smokey isn't a top dog! Mom
