Went to the farmers market this morning and bought a box of these big, juicy peaches from the orchard grower. It is a small orchard which is run by the farmer and his wife. They have a selection of different types of peaches which ripen at different intervals. These peaches are raised in the Palisade area of Colorado where they grow the biggest, juiciest peaches. We look forward to eating them with home made ice cream, freezing them, making pie, jam and of course canning them to eat this winter.
